Oh yeah, Workday is 110% violating the ADA. I had 130+ applications rejected when I had ASD listed on my resume, but started getting calls after removing & resubmitting.
These companies are just using AI programs to divert responsibility to the program. They need to be held criminally responsible.
I'm 24. I have a *very* long history of outdoor work from solo landscaping to industry farming. The only jobs I ever got a call from are places that still do pen & paper or host their own application sites.
