I think AI is great when you want to have deep conversations on something. Have a hard time with navigating something in your life. I feel that it responds quite well.
Like many other people said it has this tendency to be overly agreeable. But if you are aware enough and tell it back that it's reply feels unauthentic it will dial back it's agreeableness somewhat. As a self-aware user, I think it's fantastic. But definitely there is a real risk of bloating your own ego in this process. And yes, be careful not to share specifics.
