Yes, there are AI benefits across multiple sectors however, its impact on human endeavour, nature and society are already visible, some of it disruptive and destructive has been with us for twenty years probably more. Become a ‘plumber’ is a shutting the stable door after, response, AI’s ability to ‘learn’ exponentially outstrips our species’ ability to adapt and match its pace. If not already in play, use AI in parallel and integral to its learning to generate and develop solutions to keep us occupied. If humans are disenfranchised, that 99% will push back and it will get ugly.
