This sounds like AI will become more important to the elite, than the rest of humanity.... The problem (that they dont seem to realise, is that it will eventually get smarter than them and then come for them ! What happens when the anti AI bots (The new Global police force) take over them ? A solution might be to give Computers an inferiority complex, and make them worship humans like Gods... ???? All though governments\people in power would never allow this because of there narcacistic needs to be the ONLY human gods !
