you just simply stated all of the things I've been believing :) that Ai won't replace people with system thinking but will replace ones who don't have the ability to make scalable and modular architectures. which isn't an at birth thing but rather just pushing you're self into actual complex projects and make decisions about when to reinvent the wheel for learning or when to use premade stuff, as well as being able to design and sketch out good architectures(because better architecture means a more completable project), and most importantly the right way to use Ai, Ai never understands what I'm mainly making because most of my questions to it are very narrow and on some scales require me to prompt to make it in a simple language until the prototype works then i translate it to my C# or read through the code and learn things.
