"we're continuing to strengthen chatgpt's responses" -- when you've got a cellphone that's spontaneously combusting, or a car with technical failures that make it dangerous to be on the road, the companies making them are legally pressured to pull back these products, take the loss, and pause sales and production while the errors are fixed. *why doesn't the same apply to openai and their ilk?*
