so i saw a comment that reminded me of the "time machine" book ... where in the future, there are two classes: the upper level, chilling, and the lower level, the working people. the working guys remain intelligent and do all th work while the upper level relaxes and eventually becomes super dumb. the comment i saw suggested there could be a society where ai does all the work and humans just relax. i think, hiwever, that society (like in the novel) would fail as humanity would lose all skill and become lazy and deteriorate 😅 idk tbh
