Drone strikes went up 90% under Obama and only hit 5% of their intended targets. I'm not too worried about it. There are so many major scientists and engineers who are all agreeing that AI will kill us, or make us slaves, but none of them know because there is no evidence. You would think scientists would try to use the scientific method before trying to pass legislation on science.
