Yeah, the roleplay thing is true, but it's quite a convoluted way of explaining it. It's even simpler : the AI adapts to your mood. If you're sarcastic, it will be. If you're angry, it will try to be with you and start to cuss. If you're cold and just give order, it will be more mechanical in its answer... And if you're straight up impolite with it, I noticed that it can get defensive in very sneaky ways... so logically, if you want a «normal» tone/attitude, you should speak to it like you would do with a real person.
