The blame probably comes from the, at least, one (1) time it told him NOT to consult with his mother and the, at least, one (1) time it reinforced that IT knew more about the world and him than his own brother ...
It also could be that the longer you use IT, the more unreliable it becomes therefore more warnings and safeguards should be in place to prevent this type of scenario from Open AI.
This is more in line with the McDonalds hot coffee lawsuit than a money grab.
