Soooo WRONG! - This Is A White-Collar Entry Level WIPEOUT!! - As a programmer any code I would give to a Jr. for practice. I can INSTANTLY get from an AI. Most times I still have to fix the code but I'd have to do that anyway with a Jr. Difference is instead of waiting hours for the Jr to return buggy code i get DAMN GOOD CODE Instantly From a LLM (and Claude is surprisingly good - sometimes just cut/paste). I have no idea how entry level programmers will ever get experience. They're NOT needed by Sr. Devs and so many new coders are TRASH since they rely so heavily on LLM's. THEY KNOW NOTHING! - At least for programming I dont know how they pass the entry level skills gap. So few are willing to learn code without AI help. - This is just my view from the programming field. I'm sure other entry fields are just as screwed.
