AI is not fully sentient and therefore cannot be placed in court as a participant. While it can be used to cite laws, raise sections, or assist in drafting rebuttals, it cannot effectively argue in real-time. Court proceedings require nuanced contextual understanding, and AI remains too limited for such complex exchanges. Moreover, it can be manipulated to serve one party’s interest, which makes it unreliable as a direct actor in court.
That being said, I'm in a logistic department as an exec, our company tried to downsize and tried to use Ai for CS but it was completely backfired, now, it was use to assist instead of replace.
