Moreover, it can be manipulated to serve one party’s interest, which makes it unreliable as a direct actor in court.
That being said, I'm in a logistic department as an exec, our company tried to downsize and tried to use Ai for CS but it was completely backfired, now, it was use to assist instead of replace.
