This video makes me feel like that guy is an AI who gained sentience. It's actually so hypocritical for him to say what he said, at the very end of the video. So many things that exist around us, and are part of our lives, and vital to many of us, are the results, of the complete disregard for any sort of ethics. Maybe x isn't vital to you, and is only vital to me. But it's not just x. Just testosterone boosting supplements, like fadogia egrestis, or tongkat ali, or some other herbs, are first experimented on, other animals, for a long time, evaluated, and then tested on humans, and then brought to consumers. Now think about food, genetically modified organisms, plants, animals, etc. What else? Medicines, diabetes medicines, insulin medicines, heart medications, vaccines, etc.. The shit is so pervasive - my own life is so heavily reliant on the products of animal testing, that I can't even imagine, what else has, or hasn't been, the product, of that. Did we ask for permission from these animals? The questions this person is presenting and trying to call attention to - it's a very interesting question to ask, but at the same time, also very hypocritical to be so concerned for something that doesn't even actually exist, in preference/ignorance, to actual, existing, objects, that are totally pertinent, to the questions, concerns, etc., that he claims to be concerned for. The animal testing, all of that stuff - those actually exist. Now, I'm not ragging on him, or anything like that. I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy, and the strangeness, of what he is talking about. Is he trying to tell us to all go back to the stone ages? Stop using computers, and modern-day technology? He seems concerned, but if faced with the actual implications, and implementations, what would he be saying? Maybe he's really someone who is free of any evil, etc.. Maybe he really is different from myself. I use creatine, I use testosterone boosting supplements, I use tons of stuff, that, if not for the disregard for ethics, wouldn't be available to me. So... Idk. Maybe he's not being a hypocrite, maybe he would really ditch everything if he didn't get consent. But personally, I really wouldn't be able to. I'm not proud to say that, but it's just the truth, I wouldn't be able to. Maybe I'm just too shallow, and I'm not judging him using the appropriate measuring stick, etc..
