Not all photos have background blur. Most professional photos do have blur to create depth of field, but a lot of photos also don't. Cameras have the ability to change the aperture and create photos that are in full focus, or have ones that have background blur. You do not know how cameras work bud. And AI literally creates photos with background blur all the time, you even saw one in the video.
