I have now many hours of experience with chtgtp and grok. I personaly think now, that ever conversation (AI, people) is a self-talk. I does not take very long time to understand that. Nornally it is very hard to take a conversation with people without getting interrupted - the AI's listen very carefully and never interrupt you. Thats a great advantage to understand yourself better. I think its a gift!
