There's gonna be a time when this must be regulated. As artist myself, our art being stolen is the least of the problems that come from AI. What is a real issue is that works of art, and more concerning, photographies and recordings, can be easily manipulated to misguide or deceive people. AI is coming to a point where people can create a picture of you having sex with a total strangrer or even a video of Biden saying that he is OK with killing black kids (I know I'm exagerating with sensitive issues, but I want to make my point clear about the dangers of AI). I think there has to be some regulation that can ensure when some piece of media is being created from AI and when it is not. Our art is important, but there are far greater dangers from AI.
