I think it’s fair game. The problem is artists and writers didn’t expect that it would happen this fast so they’re going through the 5 stages of grief. It’s only a matter of time until the music industry gets hit too, and you’ll be able to ask AI to generate for you infinite new songs “in the style of Jimi Hendrix” or the Beatles … etc. AI Boombox
