If It is on the internet, and not behind and paywall ( or even if it is and I have a subscription ) and I happen to read it or view it or watch it, then I (human dave) am training on your copyrighted data and as long as I don't replicate the content nobody cares. Data is always influence on ai and human content creators, even that content was created because of (possibly) copyrighted content absorbed by the 2nd creator. You are saying we all must pay every show or artwork we have ever consumed if we create a similar product. Copyright is not a patent. I'm not in the ai business, I'm just a consumer. What if your art is never used in the creation of new content? What if only one person pulls that specific art piece from the training? You are going to see a flood of creators just like the nft bubble, people creating 100,000,000 cats dressed up in clothes, All possible combinations, so they get 100 mil shares of the data training royalties, who will moderate the data?
