Was in similar situation but Model Y Performance vs SUV in left lane, came into my lane very suddenly no indicator/turn signal. Tesla autopilot reacted and made an avoidance manoeuvre quicker than I could. In this instance rain and positioning of truck probably didn’t help autopilot but on the whole it’s a damn safe system. Better to have it on rather than off.
