22:16 A.I. doesn't actually collage or anything of the sort. It's a complicated process that does in fact generate new content. There is not copy pasting or collaging or whatever people say. It's a new image.
However, the people who scrape content from the internet without permission should be held accountable for copyright violation. These tools have a place in the world, but instead they're being used abusively to try to replace artists by the big corporates. Which is sickening.
