Facial recognition should NEVER be admissible as evidence! That's crazy. Just like polygraphs, it might tend to show that this is the person, but it can't ve relied upon by itself, because it's too subjective. It's one thing to get a possible match, but the 'evidence ' comes from proving that it IS actually that person. It's new software, which is racially biased because people of color are underrepresented in the samples used to train the software AND the software itself has its limits. C'mon people. That's just basic common sense.
