This is not new, just try clicking on to three different sites looking at the same thing ( new bed, for example) and take note of how much advertising about bedroom furniture comes in as you go online..... even if you are talking about something a few times it's the same thing..... the algorithm will send you stuff on the subject making the companies that pay the most to the site in preference over the other competition that pay less for advertising
