What so many people and companies fail to understand is that current "AI" is a tool that professionals can use to enhance their expertise. Problems arise when it is used in LIEU of an actual professional.
I've seen companies fire what they though was redundant personnel and replaced them with AI only to post the same openings just a couple of weeks later.
TL;DR: "AI" is a tool, not a replacement for expertise.
