AI is far more stupid than the worst human programmer in the world. I tried to play along with it, pretending I didn't know what I was doing, and asked it to guide me in setting up basic Passport authentication in a customized Laravel project. I followed its suggestions and code examples, but everything failed. It wasted four hours of my time—and still didn’t work. After finally telling to the AI what's wrong with its suggestions, he agrees and apologizes. What a shame. Its 2025
