The turing test "Exactly as alan turing wrote it" would not be sufficient to test if this AI has sentience, so I'm not surprised google is not allowing it, as it serves no purpose. It would not be hard for a modern chatbot AI to pass the test "as turing wrote it", and it should not set the bar for sentience in an AI.
