simple fact if you take the race out of the data you feed the ai this will stop, very simple way to stop it by deciding things based on race just dont use race and gender as an input for the ai when making those decisions and if you say thatd affect the data making it more inaccurate youd probably be right but sounds to me like the code for these things have a lot more flaws than just that so dont complain bc whoever coded these things either couldnt think through that simple or this was intended which in that case it just needs tweaked and the information sources are probably garbage like almost all "statistics"
