Well whail I am against AI "art" and do agree that art is a skill evrone can tehnicly lern there is a genetic element to it (as with evrythink), some are naturally more skiled, whail others are not eg. I have dysgraphia (a kaind of dislexia that efects ones hendraiting and drawing ability) and whail it is tehnicly posible to me to lern to draw, it is extraordynaly dificult to me and if I could draw somthing as beautyfull as your "bad, boginer drowings" I would be thrilled. Aditionaly there is some social element as well if you are talented as a chaild you would be preised, maiking you laykly to develop an itrest and developed your skills further, on the other sight if your abilitis are significently lower then in others you would by cryticaysed (a lot), and not in constructive way. I remember I liked drawing as a child, but I also remember teachers in preeschool screaming on me for not beeing able to color the picture without crossing the conturs, I remember other children lathing on me as my drowing of mam "resembeld a carot more then a person", I remember in the 3th grade being told by the teacher in front of whol class that I am lazy, and I am not even traing to make progres, I remember during first art class in higschool, again in front of whol class beeing told by the teacher that "I drow wors then some preschoolers she tought". I do not like drawind anymore. (If you get an impresion that I was studing art for some reason, no I wasent, thous were just some art classys at shool). Whail it is posible for evrone to lern art, if you are talented you are encored if not well....not. P.S Sorry for bad gramar and spealing as I sed I am dislexic and eanglish is not my first leangeg
