The warning at the end is nonsense. He himself worked for 35 years in AI. He doesn't like the possible results. Well, that is the thing with intelligence. Intelligent people know that every thing and every technology can be used as a weapon. AI is not different in that matter.
So AI will figure out how to communicate with biological cells, nervs, muscles, organs, brains. The first hybrid AI will be able to use both the biological and the technological capabilities.
The younger ones of us will see how is works out.
