Autopilot isn't full self driving mode its an assistant to lessen the stress for thr driver just like cruise control 🤡 but some idiot take it for granted and active self driving mode and just go to sleep like... Use your brain at least whats left of it to understand that no matter how good and polished thr system is, there is always the possibility of failure/bug/mistake that can take places and its your responsibility to take precautions from that. Irresponsible behaviour is what causes most of the problem
