It’s always funny to me when I hear wealthier people say that “people’s dignity is tied to their job”.. that might be the case with a few professions, but with most people that just work as a janitor,or a cook, or at Walmart, they definitely do NOT find meaning or “dignity” in their job. They hate it, and the stress of having to do a shit job and not even be able to get by on their own from that job, is killing them/shortening their life/creating health issues like higher blood pressure or other heart related health issues.. most of those people would go find meaning or dignity by helping their family and their community with their time, much more than the JOB that these rich fucks keep trying pretend the poor people actually want to do..
