I'm not even sure if you can technically claim copyright with ai art.
You have ai filter learn from artist that are alive that didn't give consent, the program is created by a company, but your running that ai program to make art. Which is on your system but your not the one creating the art, but at the same time that ai piece wouldn't have codes that image without your input, but it wouldn't have been able to create that image without that living non-consented artist's work.
I can only see to ways of this going forward, ai art is banned for beening copyright or you have a very small limitation of what you can copyright from ai which I don't know who would be holding that copyright claim. The claim has to go to a human.
