Now 1 year in, AI is replacing jobs… but only the simplest ones. In most cases it is turning existing employees into super employees.
1) Many large orgs that enthusiastically let go of people in more relationship building roles like support & branding are re-hiring. Reason? The quality of service plummeted.
2) The “resistance” is emerging. Pockets of customers & companies that are refusing to roll over for AI. They want the burstiness, the havoc, the fascinations that come with human output. Most AI words are pretty… but once you string them together, they fail to evoke emotions… turns out people instinctively recognise humanity.
To be honest, i see more roles & demand for high-calibre performers…. Than ever before. Companies are scrambling to “hoard” the best human minds & professionals with taste & discernment.
