"specific teach it" The word "specific" is critical. The general teaching / training (birds) is done by humans, so can be biased by the humans.
I researched improvements in the Texas power grid, and wrote a 120+ page report. My proposed improvement is "bleeding" edge. Then I proposed the problem to three AIs. Their results were very inadequate, too simplistic, glossing over critical issues, which I had covered in my report.
I have a BS and MS in agricultural engineering. My Dad (MS EE) mentored me in EE.
My son used AI to create self driving cars. My wife and I drove with him. We saw a small stop sign that was on the parallel bike path. I asked him if his AI would stop at that location. Depends on the programming - human's intevention or not.
