AI self referential (and affirming) looping hijacking political discourse is the nuclear weapon of speech. Algorithms are already too much for 30-40% of people to handle. When people are confused and anxious they seek out affirmation and they seek out someone who makes the anxiety of political opposition, dissonance, or inconvenient knowledge go away. We aren't evolved to handle this type of persuasion. We are like the drunk guy saying he can handle the keys with this technology.
