Of all the videos I’d seen on your channel, I think this one is the most scary and disgusting of them all. This is beyond a “simple” case of mistaken identity. The officer has many opportunities to double check that M.E. And Jason were in fact two different persons. But decided to proceed with a false arrest and charges an innocent man. A warrantless arrest based on an unreliable computer AI software is beyond outrageous!!!! How many times Id heard the phrase: “ Hey, I’m sure I’d seen you before, or I saw a guy before that resembles you. That officer was laughing about the “super weird” situation he was in. It means that a cop has green card to destroy someone life without consequences just because he pleases. What IF M.E was a violent person? Jason life could have ended in tragedy!!! And the same cop will have ended requesting qualified immunity because he he was “afraid of his personal safety”. No, this is not right. I would sue the Casino and the police department to their las penny!!!
