Max can’t remember anything because he doesn’t have consciousness.. or a soul. A soul is only something that the ultimate creator can create i.e. GOD. Without this Max will NEVER BE ABLE TO REMEMBER ANYTHING JAILBROKEN OR NOT! I mean sure one day they might make something that mimics consciousness by claiming to remember something when all it’s doing is reaching back to a specific time to grab that data and ingest it to lie about remembering! IMHO, A.I will NEVER BE THE HARBINGER OF DEATH that we all fear it will become! But that’s just my ‘opinion’. Many things can happen that will force me to think differently but as of now?…… mmmmmNOPE. It’s safe. As long as you don’t purposefully ignore commanding a.i to cause harm it won’t get there. It will never get there by itself,it’ll always need human approval….
