I have no idea how AI works. But i remember that some of tv reports said that when chat GPT was asked about Hinduism it gave derogatory remarks. At the same time when it was asked about Christianity and Islam it refused saying it was not designed to do so. I think this is what Blake is talking about that very few people are deciding behind closed doors what should be AIs response to certain questions that affect humanity at large.
