Shaping a robot into human form doesn't give it sentience anymore than the bs it's programmed with gives it the power to reason. The only reason ai and robot builders have to insist on making robots with ai in the form of humans is to deceive the gullible. And the walking, talking and dancing you get shown is 9/10ths trickery like puppetry and cgi. Start thinking critically and ask, 'Why the lies?'
