the problme is ai isn't supposed to replace the Human Element. It's supposed to be a companion, much like the phones that you turn to to help you complete an objective. It is not supposed to do 100% of the work. maybe a solid 40% of the thinking, and maybe 50% research, but the Human user, The medium between the digital tech and the physical world, is the actual entity that should execute the ai's calculations.
That is why it's failing at what it should not do. It's the profit hunters who overlook that that feel it the most. But until they are on the slope of enlightenment themselves, things won't evolve much further for long.
