Years ago, I wrote a school, actually, a school district management system. Needless to say, it took many, many months and some of the best talents. A month ago, I tested an AI driven code generation tool (in Beta). It left all of us stunned. Given a very well prepared requirement specifications, it generated both the backend and front-end code ... website, admin module, etc. in minutes. A complete, working prototype, if you may. The point is beginning, and intermediate level programmers will have a hard time keeping their jobs if they can not ramp up FAST!
