I’m guessing AI. Look at the side of her face in shadow. There’s a small line of light(?) there that wouldn’t be there in any picture. Additionally, her philtrum isn’t shaded the way it should be. The shadow is curved and the highlights quite wide, but that’s not super noticeable, nor is it impossible. Her teeth look AI generated. You can also look at her neck. Her head is in focus, but her neck is blurred. You could argue that her head is just in focus, but a focus that strong and blur at that level isn’t natural. Not only that, the way her hair looks against her neck is very AI-looking to me, but that’s being extra nit-picky.
