There will be always a new tool to change the perspective of ''art'' and other things. However the art is not just about pure talent to do something in a specific way. Most important thing is to tell a story(abstract or whatever) and make the audience feel something. So ı think the goal is ''Feeling' and make others feel something about your work. We describe a tool ''AI'' but still the art is created by artist. So nothing would really change here. ''Art'' will be expressed by people who wants to do art. AI or not.
