11:25 Self driving AI models are not Generative models, they are narrow purpose built neural net models. Any company that would attempt to use Generative models to power self driving systems would never make it out of the parking lot... Self driving should be something that Machine Learning could be able to accomplish eventually but it would need to be with the existing models that are undergoing refinement year over year for decades, and not a general purpose Generative model designed to create slop. The Atlas robot made by Boston Dynamics is a perfect example of what years of iterations on a purpose built NN can do, if they tried to restart the project with generative it would take infinite time and infinite compute to achieve the same results
