people with bad taste make bad ai art.
its very possible to make art out of generative models, but you still have to edit it and work on it beyond just going with whatever gets spit out in the first iteration. right now, most of the AI art is being used by scummy actors (raid: shadow legends, Hero Wars, drop shipper scalpers, etc) because its the cheapest option for assets. BUT; there are some really interesting features in the models if you know how to mix art terms and understand how vectorization weighs certain terms/words. you just gotta be willing to put the time and effort into learning how the model 'thinks'.
still, there are shallow people out there with more money than taste, so keep that in mind.
