As a network engineer the way I notice customers are using AI is this really smart virtual engineer that brings the team of engineers to the brink of the abyss and then they are afraid to press the button that actually does something. They then contract me to press the button and explain definitive what is happening. The key takeaway is they did not arrive at the solution on their own merits, just like someone cheating on an exam and they get hopelessly stuck.
