The most alarming aspect is that people debating AI and the dangers of AI laugh at AI teaching a child that division is like shattering a piece of glass with a hammer... That is definitely not funny, not cute, not interesting. That is just completely counterproductive. Education does not reinforce aggression in kids having a tendency towards it. It never has. Now, that AI can be one-to-one and can tailor messages exactly on the user, we think it's great. Having a "friend" on the same level as you are is not progress, it is stagnation.
We have critical issues because it seems nobody realizes the hypocrisy behind criticizing AI systems and using them to teach our kids hammering windows at the same time.
Sorry, this is not to pinpoint Dan or anyone, it's generally a theme nowadays. Everyone seems to talk talk talk, but at the same time if you look behind the talk you see them falling in the same pitfalls that eventually will lead to AI derailing.
