"it's about not actually understanding the code and relying on fundamentally broken tech. It's about making software less safe. It's about letting big companies use open source code to generate code under a new license that contradicts the licenses that the code is based on. It's about ignoring the rights of the author of the code that is used. It's about building an industry on something that could fall with a single US court case." I love with ai bros talk about ai while leaving out every and all obvious issue with it. Those ai are bonded on writing based on old code and therefore write old code. The more people use ai, the more code is old code. So the ai gets reinforced in generating old code. But also writing in a new language with e.g. better security policies, will be dismissed as ai can't write that new language. In other words, you will be stuck in an old programming standard with an old programming language, you will not use newer features of the programming language as the ai doesn't, because ai is so "good". Stop being morons
