"AI" is a misnomer It is not intelligent. It is software written by humans. It may be very elaborate software, but it is designed and written and implemented by humans. When it doesn't work as desired, the root cause is human error. It is not a mystery. It is not something we just have to live with. With investment of time and money, errors can be identified and fixed. Whether or not a company commits to that investment is not a technical matter.
And Taco Bell needs a new "Chief Digital and Technology Officer".
