No, digital art and A.I. "art" are not the same.
When you make digital art, you still handcraft every line just like you would do with traditional media.
With A.I. generated "art", an algorithm is analyzing a description and manufacturing an approximation of what a human might have made to fit that description.
Approximating the human hand is not the same as actually requiring the use of human hands.
