There is a simple fix. Companies who replace people with AI must pay the replaced person a large portion of the income differential. When capitalism was developed, no one involved could have imagined the new reality in which we find ourselves. As new wealth is created, it must be shared more, while still rewarding innovators, risk takers as well as the displaced. As the pie gets bigger, those directly impacted must benefit.
